Ordering Process

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can locate your order anytime during the shipping process. If the status of your order hasn’t been updated in more than 3 business days, please email us at support@ecolone.com and we will assist you.

Shipping outside of the US

We currently don’t ship outside of North America. We are in the process of implementing international shipping.

Free shipping

We offer free USPS shipping for all US orders above $59 (before taxes).

Shipping rate within the USA

All orders under $59 and under 1 lb of weight have a flat rate fee of $5 (except Alaska and Hawaii). Orders over 1 lb will be subject to additional charges.

Shipping rate for Canada

The shipping charge for Canada orders is $20. Please note that the recipient will be responsible for any import taxes, duties, fees and delays associated with the shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more information. ($40 for the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).

Shipping Times

Packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt using both USPS and UPS. Your package will arrive within 2-9 business days after it leaves our warehouse. California orders are normally delivered within 2 business days, and 3 business days for East Coast orders.

Damaged Shipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, you can email us at support@ecolone.com and our team will assist you. Please provide your order number when you call or email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items.
