How to use: Use pointed end of cap to puncture tube opening. Expect hand cream to be stiff upon initial use due to its nutrient dense quality. A little goes a long way, simply smooth a small amount of cream all over hands (or elbows, knees, heels or anywhere else needing attention) and allow time for it to absorb into skin.
